I worked with a small team to develop the T2D3 playbook and create its website.

  • Develop productized version of playbook (scrub internal playbook of proprietary and internal content, translate into consumer facing language, transfer to Asana and Excel).

Website Changes at Ambassador - (2024) 

In my first week at Ambassador I began working with the CMO to build new ICP pages to better target our industries. We also revamped our navigation bar (and footer) to reflect these new pages, and added more menu options such as new use case pages and resource topic clusters.

Other Work, and About Ambassador

At Ambassador, I was the first marketing hire. It was my job to help define and refine our marketing strategy and drive revenue by ideating and executing on new initiatives, and eventually running day to day marketing. With the CMO and CEO I tackled big questions like positioning and messaging, content strategy, and how to drive a higher ARPU.

As a rapidly growing company in the midst of funding rounds, leadership was constantly being added. As the board grew, changes happened more rapidly and pivots were common. Most of the projects I worked on were completed within the span of a few days to a couple weeks.

In addition to the work above, I completed various other projects including:

  • Created a new beta community, gathering 25 members in one week.

  • Created a new product updates letter and newsletter, resulting in a large uptick in our email open and click rate.

  • Created a new content calendar and lifecycle marketing plan, which I presented to the CEO.

  • Created blogs, social posts, ads, outreach (ABM), and updated our website.

  • Worked with sales and CS to create assets such as sales enablement, demo environments, webinar slide decks, upsell email motions, and outbound.

  • Created a new product offering page in a day.

  • Paid media (Google ads) optimization.

Growing a Podcast (2021-2023)

My first responsibility as a product intern at Kalungi was to take over production and growth for our podcast. In addition to recording and publishing episodes, I built a social media presence, improved our website, and implemented a topic voting tool.
